To send MULTIPLE FILES you must select all files at once and drop them all in to the box at the same time (command-(mac) or ctrl-(PC) and then click on all the files you want to send. All files must be dropped in all at once or it will only replace the file that is already in the folder. Once a file is in the folder you cannot add to the folder.
